Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains what personal information JiloTech collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
Effective date: October 30, 2026
Who we are
This website, jilotech.com, is operated by JiloTech (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a software product brand based in Bangladesh.
For privacy questions, contact us at jilotech.official@gmail.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers jilotech.com, our contact form, email correspondence with us and, where it applies, purchases of JiloTech products.
Each JiloTech product has its own privacy policy describing how that product handles data, because each one works differently. Please read the policy for the product you use:
- Keeply: getkeeply.io/privacy-policy
- TechScan AI: TechScan AI privacy policy
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose, the subject and your message.
- Email and support: anything you include when you write to us, such as your browser version or details of a problem.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: when you visit the website, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, the referring page and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the website running and secure.
- Spam protection: to limit abuse of the contact form, we store a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address for ten minutes. We don’t store the IP address itself with your message.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website, including pages visited, traffic sources, and general usage patterns. Google may process technical information such as device and browser data. Where required by law, we obtain consent before enabling analytics cookies. For more information, please review Google’s Privacy Policy.
Purchases
JiloTech does not currently sell products through this website. If that changes, we will update this section before any purchase is possible to explain how payment information is handled.
Cookies
Visitors to this website are not tracked with advertising cookies. WordPress, the software that runs the site, sets cookies only for people who log in to manage it. The contact form doesn’t set cookies. [If an analytics or spam-protection service that uses cookies is enabled, list each cookie, its purpose and how long it lasts, and add a consent mechanism where the law requires one.]
